Francis has a music and entertainment background, spanning over 20 years involving the management of ARIA Award winning Artist Thirsty Merc, partnerships / activations and sponsorship arrangements with the NRL, AFL, Channel Ten and Coca-Cola. Francis secured rights deals, for his client Hi-5 (global children’s group), with Channel Ten, Nickelodeon and Live Nation, along with managing major brand partnerships and activations with brands such as Yakult, Apple, Vodafone, Telstra, St George Bank, Cartier and Macquarie Bank. Francis joined Havas in February 2016 to help launch Havas Sports & Entertainment and their integration into the fan driven world of sport and entertainment in Australia. Current major clients include LG, Procter & Gamble (Gillette), working with Cricket Australia, and Bupa working in partnership with Hawthorn FC, Cricket Australia, Sanitarium Weet-bix Kids Tryathlon and the Santos Tour Down Under. HAVAS Sport & Entertainment recently won a competitive pitch for Red Bull to host one of the largest activations in the country, Red Bull Flutag.
